MarketPlace Connection's purpose is to provide breakfast programs featuring inspirational speakers, Christian fellowship, and business networking. 

MarketPlace Connection seek speakers who are leaders and experts empowered by servant leadership principles (serving others by leading and leading others by serving), who, through their personal stories, provide examples of integrating faith values into ones professional life, convey practical skills, stretch ones thinking and demonstrate accountability. 

MarketPlace Connection is a Christian ministry but its leaders are open to presenting speakers of other beliefs whose values are aligned with Christian values and who agree not to disparage or deny the following tenets of the Christian faith:

• The Bible is the inspired and eternal Word of God and the only infallible guide to Christian faith and practice.

• God exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; the same in substance, equal in power and glory

• Man was created in His image of God and his purpose is to glorify God.

• Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior who took upon Himself human form and being born of the Virgin Mary.

• God provided salvation from sin for mankind through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

• Jesus Christ rose from the dead, ascended into heaven and intercedes for us.

• Jesus will complete His saving work and consummate the eternal plan of God. 

• Christians are so in name and in nature having acknowledged Jesus Christ as the Savior and Lord of their life.
